In Person Training

I’m excited to begin expanding my coaching services to 1:1 In Person Training and adding to the team!!

Each session duration will be 1 hour long and will take place at Warhouse Gym SATX.

Membership at Warhouse is required.

With 1:1 in person training:

  • I help you identify any imbalances that may be occurring during a movement to get the most out of each rep + session

    • Attention to detail is very important to me & that reflects within my training to be able to get you to where you want to be physically ⚡️

  • When you learn how to train, you can really maximize muscle growth & progression!

With my 1:1 In Person Training, included is

+ personalized  nutrition

+  weekly check ins via my training app

+ you’ll receive your personalized training program to do on the days we don’t meet up

I believe you can’t have one without the other so that’s something I make sure to offer to my clients within the price!

8 SESSIONS

$400 USD

1:1 In Person Training with Coach Bri for 8 sessions [2x per week] for 1 hour at Warhouse Gym, SATX.

12 SESSIONS

$560 USD

1:1 In Person Training with Coach Bri for 12 sessions [3x per week] for 1 hour at Warhouse Gym, SATX.

16 SESSIONS

$640 USD

1:1 In Person Training with Coach Bri for 16 sessions [4x per week] for 1 hour at Warhouse Gym, SATX.
